What makes a promising athlete? Talent of course, work ethic obviously - but albeit without good character of self, it’s hard to believe an athlete will find success in the 21st century.

Jordan Spasojevic Moko has always enjoyed the blessings of impressive physical genetics. Standing 6’5ft tall and weighing just under 150kg, it’s hard to imagine scouts and agents looking past the Australian prospect.

The Tirade team was fortunate enough to sit down with the rising phenom, and his humility and self-awareness spoke volumes. His confidence as a young athlete was paramount as well, using every opportunity to put his best foot forward. He credits these attributes to his family upbringing, as well as his valuable tenure with the Brisbane Rhinos. All of which have contributed to his current journey at Texas A&M.

Jordan’s success as a junior and now as a college prospect has a lot of people talking, and rightfully so. The example that he has set will hopefully inspire like-minded young athlete’s to test their abilities in any and all arenas possible. It was a joy to share a dialogue with one of Brisbane’s fastest rising stars.
