New Zealand’s all-round musical talent Rory Noble today unleashes his new single High Again.  This follows on from his single “Team” which is the first time he’s stepped forward as a solo artist.  The song auspiciously found its way on the front cover of Spotify’s NMF AUS/NZ and was the No. 1 most added song at radio in New Zealand.

Rory Noble has a limitless global mindset. With production credits alongside household names Kanye West and Ruel, “High Again is taken from Noble’s forthcoming debut EP WHERE DO WE GO WHEN THE WORLD ENDS out in 2022.

For Noble, music is a family affair. He spent his younger years playing drums, guitar, bass and piano with his siblings; who stepped into whatever roles were available in Dad's country rock band. “He taught us the bare minimum - four chords - then we just had to figure out everything else,” Noble says.  The emotion to write High Again and songs that hold deep meaning, has come from the raw headspace of grieving the loss of Noble’s late father.

The title of his EP ‘WHERE DO WE GO WHEN THE WORLD ENDS’ comes from a series of disturbing nightmares that Noble experienced a few years ago (pre pandemic). "The project represents stories of the last three years of my life, and a lot of the times when anxiety was ruling my head. For me, it's a vent," he says. "I hope other people can hear that I’ve been through all sorts of crazy situations but I'm still standing, breathing and here to tell the tale.  I just want to put out the most interesting music I can, regardless of genre."

With this debut EP on the horizon, Noble is now honing in on his own career as a genre-defying, multi-dimensional solo artist. “High Again” gives fans a taste of the new chapter; and this is only the beginning for the young talent.
