10 LESSONS: CALEB SLATER
Caleb Slater attacks modern expressionism with a fierceness accredited to his youth. At the age of 19, his representations of interpretive visual art allow for audiences to address conflicting issues within local and global societies. Newtown, Sydney’s very own, his work renditions the influence his immediate surroundings have on his ideals as a young adult. Inspired by the likes of fellow artists Brett Whiteley, Henri Matisse and the late Picasso, his body of work is something to be experienced.

Don't hold onto material possessions, seek what can't be held, something deeper a sense of awe.

5.
Love what you do but always remember it doesn't always have to be successful. Failure allows for a fresh outlook.
“THROUGH PAIN COMES BEAUTY!”
— Caleb Slater

Everything is on a spectrum of order and Chaos and we are constantly spiralling along it.
